1. While standing upright with your feet together extend the sticks to the height of your chin. We find this length to be suitable for most hunters.

2. We recommend extending the top sections fully and locking them in place and then adjusting the bottom sections as much as you need to. Note the measurement on the bottom legs. In the future all you need to do is extend the top sections fully and the bottom ones to your measurement.

3. Now adjust the top strap to the length of your rifle stock.

4. Note the FRONT rest is the wide rest and the REAR rest is the V rest.

5. The foreend of the rifle should be placed on the front rest, ensuring that the sling stud is not in contact with the rest while shooting and also while the rifle is recoiling. The stock of the rifle should be placed in the rear V rest, with the pistol grip in front of the rear rest.

Pro Tip
For the steadiest rest place the gun stock as forward as possible on the sticks, thus allowing the rear legs to make contact with your body. Always hold the forearm of your rifle with a slight downward pressure on the sticks to steady it further. This hold prevents any rocking motion and locks the sticks in place as if shooting off a standing bench. This is ideal when
taking longer shots. To-date the longest shot recorded on game was just under 400 yards, an impossible shot off a tripod design of shoot
